Back-End Developer
About the role
As as a front-end developer at Fudd you will be a part of a smaller engineering team consisting of back-end and front-end developers. You will help continuing building and developing our financial products as well as related functionality. Your main focus will be developing the user experience for our customer facing and internal administration applications. As part of the team you will assist in improving the efficiency, quality and reliability of the code base built with the Nuxt/Vue framework.
The work will include
- Develop innovative solutions based on business requirements
- Provide valuable input during the requirements gathering process, including UX and functionality considerations
- Ensure the quality and reliability of new solutions through testing and actively take part in the DevOps lifecycle, from testing to production
- Participate in team stand-up meetings to share knowledge and plan future work effectively
- Offer technical support to the organization regarding implemented solutions, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution

Required qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong HTML and CSS knowledge
- Strong Javascript coding ability
- Experience with advanced Javascript libraries and frameworks
- Experience with modern web application development in Vue.js or similar
- Experience from working with REST APIs
- Experience from working on UI projects on a larger scale
- An interest in user experience (UX) design
- An interest or previous experience in front-end testing
- An interest in front-end architecture
