Customer Service Team Lead

Fudd Finans is a fast-growing tech scale-up enabling vehicle dealers to expand their business through competitive inventory financing solutions. Backed by renowned investors, we are in an exciting growth phase and highly focused on bringing the right people onboard. We are now looking for a curious, driven and hands-on Customer Service Team Lead who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
As Customer Service Team Lead you will be a key player in ensuring a first-class experience for our customers. You will lead and coach an engaged team of eight handling daily inquiries while developing ways of working, processes and tooling to meet future needs. The role carries broad responsibility, autonomy and real influence on both team development and company evolution.
The work will include
- Lead, schedule and prioritize daily operations to secure high service levels
- Handle incoming phone, email and chat inquiries from new and existing dealers
- Own and resolve escalated or complex customer cases
- Execute administrative tasks: digital inventory checks, application handling, ownership change registrations
- Act as the operational bridge between customer service and other departments
- Define, track and follow up KPIs; drive data-informed improvements
- Identify, scope and implement process enhancements, efficiency and automation initiatives
- Own onboarding and ramp-up of new team members
- Champion continuous improvement of the customer journey and satisfaction

Required qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a structured, data-driven environment
- Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards and operational metrics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel / Sheets)
- Action-oriented, structured and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing scale-up context
- Strong collaboration skills; enjoy cross-functional work
- Fluent Swedish (spoken & written) and proficient English
Meritorious / nice to have
- Post-secondary education in e.g. business, service management or leadership
- Experience from customer service in finance, banking or similar regulated sector
- Documented experience leading a customer service team
- Experience driving change, optimisation or improvement projects
